Delia Spicer Obituary
Delia Maria Spicer, 94, of 14050 Cedar Rd, University Heights, died Saturday November 13, 2021 at Grande Village Nursing Home in Twinsburg.
Born on February 26, 1927 in Lucera Fogia, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Anna and Umberto Grimaldi.
Twice married, she first married Mario Capoabinco who preceded her in death in Argentina. They had two children, Antonio and Umberto Capoabinco who survive in Naples, Italy. She then married Donald Spicer of LaRue, OH who was a career Army veteran. They had a son Frederick Spicer, who survives in Twinsburg. She worked at Marion General Hospital while residing in the US, until her retirement. She is also survived by many grandchildren in Italy and Sofia Spicer in Twinsburg. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings. There will be a private family viewing. Entombment will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg.
