Obituary

Judy Alexander passed away on October 28, 2022. Beloved and devoted mother of Altormese Zellars (Felicia),. Darnell; Zellars (Donnie) and the late Michael Farmer. Cherished grandmother of Amber Pruitt, Darvell Zellars, Kacey Louise Zellars and Darnell Zellars, Jr. (D.J.) Loving sister of Bessie Hovis, Theyesa Bryant (Pat) and the late Jonah Zellars Jr. Daughter of Jonah Zellars, Sr.,. and Louise Allen Zellars

Judy Alexander was Baptized on August 2, 2020, glorifying her God, Jehovah God with all she had. Thus, her sterling example ad love for the ministry prompted our other brothers and sisters to their letter-writing game up. She spent 2 hours straight out in the house-to-house ministry, against doctor's orders due to her various medical conditions. She fought the fine fight for her faith and she won. Judy has a host of nieces and nephews as well as family and friends that have nothing but the utmost respect and honor for her and will deeply miss her. In addition, she has dedicated spiritual family of over eight million five hundred thousand worldwide eagerly await 'the hour in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear His (Jesus)voice and come out Those who did good things to a resurrection of life.....(John 5:28,29).  

Judy worked at Alhambra Apartments for 15 years, Emeritus House Apartments for 15 years, and Amesbury Apartments for 10 years as a Site Manager. While working at Alhambra Apartments she also had a night job as a nurse's aide She also did light carpentry and also would make clothes for herself and her children (seamstress). Judy was an excellent cook and famous for her cooking skills. She was a very strong, loving, and generous person who touched so many lives. She often welcome family members and friends into her home that needed a helping hand. In Addition, she loved children and was affectionately known as "Grandma Judy", to many.

Dear Loving and Beautiful Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Aunt. We love you and you will be greatly missed. We could never fill your shoes even if tried because you set the bar so very high. We love you Sister, Judy Alexander.  Viewing is Wednesday from 12 noon to 5 PM at the C.B. Miller, Rogers Funeral Home 8608 Quincy Ave Cleveland, Ohio 216-451-7590.  Interment at Riverside Cemetery.  Zoom Information for the Funeral is Northvale Congregation 95706631014  password 718803.
