Linda V (Moss) Bolton

Linda Valene (Moss) Bolton was born on February 14, 1956 at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Cleveland, OH to her late parents Lois Riggs Moss and Ponce DeLeon Moss.

She and her brother the late Ponce DeLeon Moss jr. would move to Huntington, WV with their grandmother Roberta Riggs Ferguson.

Linda and her family would later move back to Cleveland and graduated from Warrensville Heights High School; then would later attend Cuyahoga Community College and Sawyer College of Business.

Linda attended Aldersgate United Methodist church in Warrensville Heights and The Church of the Savior in Cleveland Heights.

Linda would meet her husband Crawford Bolton in 1975 would marry in 1979; they would have one son Vincent in 1983.

She would work at Uncle Bill’s and Joseph Horne’s department stores. Later Linda would begin at Merida Hillcrest Cleveland Clinic Hospital in the OB department for 33 years as a medical secretary in the N.I.C. unit.

Linda passed on August 6, 2020 in her home with her family by her bedside.

She is survived by her husband Crawford and son Vincent. Tina Campbell (aunt), brothers in law Terry (Rita), Gregory (Rosalyn), and a host of relatives.

Linda will always be remembered by her smile and heart of gold. She loved and was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
