Born, June 28, 1940, to Robert William Noble and Grace Elenor (Ranft) Noble, she lived her early years in North Lima and Columbiana, Ohio.
She was a 1958 graduate of Columbiana High School. She went on to study in the business school at Youngstown College. She worked at Sheet & Tube in Youngstown, OH, first as a telephone operator, and then as a receptionist in the new Boardman offices. Most of her life she worked in insurance.

She would also move to Cary, North Carolina, and Derry, New Hampshire, before returning to Ohio to live in Streetsboro. While living there, she worked for Progressive Insurance on their main campus.
She loved her sports. She had many teams she followed because of the locations where she lived.
