Patricia Fields (nee Smith) passed away peacefully at 88 on May 12. She was born on November 18, 1930 in Springfield, OH and moved to Cleveland, OH at 18. She leaves her loving children Rick, Brandon, Brian and Bristol Fields. Her siblings Dorothy, Beatrice, Joseph and Charles. She's preceded in death by her parents Anise and Wilbur Smith, her husband Edward Fields, her two sons Ronald and Brent Fields and her three siblings Rosemary, Wilbur and Bernard. Services will be held Saturday at 12 noon at funeral home
